Thank you wholeheartedly for another great running of the Groton Road Races. Once again we were impressed by the turnout, the times, the sportsmanship, the perseverance and the fun! The weather held off just long enough for you to put in some very fast times, and there were a lot of smiling faces at the end of the day. Congratulations to event winners Ben Ndaya, Allie Bigelow, Andrew Gardiner, Stephanie Reilly, Mark Mayall, John and Sue LaChance and all the close runners-up.
Race Wrap-Up:
First, the results have been reviewed and certified, and are posted in the Results page. Note that the awards structure has changed since the initial posting. This is because there have been some corrections of personal data that impacted awards.

Awards will be mailed out to recipients. If you are listed as an award winner and do not received your award within a week or so, please contact us.
A few lost-and-found items were collected and claimed. The L&F bin is now empty.
Before we sign off, we’d like to thank once again the sponsors who help support the race with monies, products and services, as well as the hordes of volunteers who make this possible. Some 300+ people got up early, stood in the drizzle and worked hard to make the race go smoothly, and we thank them for their commitment. If you enjoyed your race experience, we hope you’ll join us next year as a runner and/or a volunteer. Finally, please send a wish of thanks to the Race Committee, who once again put a lot on the line to make this happen.
